Here are the 3 ways you can raise your vibration, with ease and fun

1. Cleanse your energy

You can cleanse your energy by using sage, palo santo, essential oil or incense sticks. You can also use sound to cleanse your energy field such as playing singing bowl, Gong, or more. In fact, even a simple chant of “Om” for 3 times would often time do the trick!

2. Protect your energy

You can protect your energy field by using crystal such as Obsidian. You can either wear it or have it around you. Or, you can simply call upon the Divine and ask for protection. Yes, it’s as simple as saying…

“Dear Divine, let only that of highest frequency of love be in my field. And so it’s!”

3. Raise your energy

You can raise your energy, frequency and vibration through meditation, breathwork, Angel healing session or even light language transmission

It’s like a simple 1-2-3 steps that you can rinse and repeat everyday as your spiritual hygiene check!
