ACTIVATING YOUR VOICE
I'll teach you vocal warm-ups and vocal toning to activate your voice. This includes throat chakra healing

AWAKEN YOUR SACRED SYMBOLS
It's time to explore channelling your own light codes through symbols, arts, letters or more. You'll be guided throughout the session
04.
HAND LIGHT LANGUAGE
You'll learn how to gesture your light language.You'll receive one final light language activation
05.

This is time for reflection & integration.You'll share your experience and ask your questions. We might even do one last practice round, if time allows!
